Entering into the presence of a Holy God

Lord who may enter into your holy presence?
A person who does what is pleasing in your sight
A person who upholds the truth
In his heart.
He desires to see justice
And defends the rights of those who are
Looked down upon by society.
He does not take a bribe against the innocent.
He does not gossip behind his neighbour’s back.   
He does not join in with those who laugh at God
A person who does these things will never be overcome
By fear
because he puts his trust in God.

Prayer

I want to enter your holy presence
I want to know what it is like to be in your presence,
I want to enter the holy of holies
I want your holiness to change me
Please teach me truth in my inmost being
Teach me integrity in all my ways.
So that I may Please You.
I ask this in Jesus name
Amen
