Jesus said, I was Hungry

I was hungry
And 
You gave me something to eat.
I was cold
And
You welcomed me into your home.
I was crying
And
You wiped away my tears.
I was naked
And
You clothed me.
I was a stranger
And
You befriended me.
I was in prison
And
You visited me.

Lord
When did I see you hungry, naked, crying, cold
And a stranger.
Jesus said, 
It was when you cared for the person
You met who was in need.
It was then you looked after me.
